职位描述

• 工作职责：

  Description:
  Assistant Intern for Student Engagement, facilitate the weekly and monthly student activities for international students and the operation of Student Clubs and Organizations.
  
  - Program support, assist in campus Academic events;
  
  - Daily support for overseas professors;
  
  -Overall arrangement for examinations, such as the invigilator, coordinate room using;
  
  - Work with the supervisor of Student Life to provide on-site support in implementing student activities and recreational events;
  
  - Preparation for the events, including logistics and purchasing;
  
  - Assist the supervisor of Student Life in facilitating the operation of Student Clubs and Organizations;
  
  - Attend student organization meetings and take meeting minutes; 
  
  - Handle general administrative requests from the student office department.

• 岗位要求：

  - Excellent English skills, including speaking and writing.
  
  - Energy, creativity, interest in staging entertaining, engaging activities.
  
  - Event planning and coordination experience is preferred.
  
  - Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, in particular. Photoshop, a plus)
