• 工作职责：

  人力资源实习生职位概述

  协助，帮助 RunningTooth 人力资源部门实现日常目标，证明这一角色的成功。
  工作职责：
  维护和发展符合条件的候选人，为未来的空缺职位提供渠道；
  通过电话或面谈，通过放大会议进行面试；
  根据面试反馈和简历审查，对候选人进行资格审查或拒绝；
  充当候选人问题的联系人；
  达到每周与电话和电子邮件、会议有关的配额；
  实现月度目标。
  
  HR Intern Job Overview
  In the HR intern role, you will work under the supervision of the HR manager or the senior HR
  officer. You will input updates on the department’s internal HR database and help monitor
  lateness, absences, leaves, and work hours. You will also assist in the overall recruitment
  process, from interview setup to paperwork associated with the onboarding of new employees.
  Success in this role will be demonstrated by delivering high-quality and timely HR assistance
  under minimal supervision, helping the RunningTooth HR department meet daily objectives.
  Responsibilities
  l Maintain and develop the pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
  l Conduct interviews via phone, in-person and online meetings.
  l Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
  l Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates. Meet weekly quotas related to
  calls and emails, meetings. Achieve monthly targets

  需要流利的英语；
  有效的沟通技巧，较强的组织和人际交往能力；
  有使用微软办公套件的经验；
  高能量和热情
  至少工作3 个月，能工作6 个月的优先。
  
  Qualifications
  l Bachelors or Masters degree,
  l Chinese would be a plus, fluent English is required.
  l Effective communication skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  l Experience working with Microsoft Office suite. High energy and passion.
  l Demonstrated ability to meet quotas.
