Location: Shanghai, near People’s Square, very close to metro line 1, line 2 and line 8

Responsibilities:
职责描述：

Answer incoming calls or enquiries and greeting visitors in professional manners
接听电话或问询并以专业的态度接待访客

Update clients database with old and new clients’ information
更新新老客户数据库

Deal with courriers - shipping and receiving
处理信件的收发

Assist with mailing, emails, and any other clerical projects
协助完成信件和电子邮件以及其他文职工作

Update information on website/wechat, edit and publish website/wechat news regularly
更新公司网站/微信平台上的信息，并在上面定期编辑和发布信息

Other administration work may be assigned by managers
经理安排的其他行政工作


Requirements:
职位要求：

Previous office experience preferred
有过办公室工作经验者尤佳

Good level of secondary education
良好的教育水平

Fluency in Chinese, excellent command of French
中文熟练，能流利说法语

Excellent communication, written and organisational skills
良好的沟通、书面和组织能力

Strong ability to handle multiple tasks
拥有较强的多任务处理能力

Previous experience in Architecture / creative firm appreciated but not mandatory
建筑设计/创意领域的经验尤佳，但非必要条件

A good team player

Service-oriented and proactive
有服务导向意识，工作积极主动

Attentive to details, problem solver
注意细节，善于问题解决
